Professional Master’s Programme: heritage for rural regeneration

The Ruritage project will arrange a professional Master Course on ‘Heritage-led sustainable strategies for rural regeneration’. The master course is open to all interested in further learning about how to regenerate rural areas through heritage.

The course specifically targets practitioners such as planners, civil servants, NGOs’ and local development agencies’ employees. The aim is to give the master students the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to sustainably and effectively manage cultural and natural heritage to regenerate rural territories and communities.

There will be both face to face teaching in the form of meetings and in presence workshops as well as e-learning modules. The courses are jointly organized by The University of Bologna and the Polytechnic University of Turin.

RURITAGE partners will have an active role in the Master implementation as either teaching in dedicated modules or as hosts for the students for training and internship opportunities.
